Photo - Colombo District Parliamentarian Milinda Moragoda recently visited three temples in his electorate. Wellawatte Jayasingharamaya, Isipathanaramaya at Havelock Town and Siddartharamaya at Kirulapone to inspect projects funded from his decentralized budget for 2006.


At the beginning of the year, Mr. Moragoda had pledged to spend his 2006 allocation on education-related projects and solicited suggestions from members of his electorate for schools or educational projects requiring assistance. Up to date, over twenty institutions have benefited from funding from his budget.
