Photo: ‘Here are the scissors, please cut the red tape ‘Minister of Justice and Law Reforms, Milinda Moragoda, seems to be saying to Chief Justice Asoka de Silva who was the chief guest at the ceremony held recently to declare open the new building of the Attanagalla District and Magistrate Courts. The new building was constructed at a cost of over rupees 13 million. Magistrate and Additional District Judge Attanagalla, Ranjith Wathupola, minister of Transport Lasantha Alagiyawanna and Ministry officials were also present on the ceremony.
