Utilizing any telephone network within the country during a 24 hour period anybody can dial 1912 to seek information to make inquiries and to make complaints. This solution has been worked out by the Telecommunication & Regulatory Commission with the Tourism Development Authority under the directions of the Ministry of Tourism. This will help any affected party to even make complaints to the tourism Police Division and to the Commissioner for Tourism Administration Division.


Ministry Secretary Mr. George Michael says this is a timely project initiated by the Ministry to facilitate the work of the Tourist Police Division and that of Commissioner for Tourism Administration established during the last year. No doubt this innovative step enhances the visitor confidence in the destination.
