Photo: The third and expanded edition of the Temple Telephone Directory (Western Province) was launched at the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management. Here Tourism Minister Milinda Moragoda hands over a copy to the Deputy Editor of the Sinhala Encyclopedia Ven. Akuratiye Nanda Thera. This directory includes the contact number, name of the Chief Priest; address and email address for temples in the Colombo, Kalutara and Gampaha districts. The two previous editions covered only the temples in the Colombo district. The Tourism Ministry and institutions under the Ministry jointly published this directory, which will be distributed free to all temples and religious places.
