Milinda Moragoda, Minister of Economic Reform, Science and Technology has been invited to speak at the Asia Pacific Center for Strategic Studies in Honolulu, the U.S. Embassy in Colombo said.  Established in 1995, the Asia Pacific Centre enhances cooperation through mutual understanding and study of comprehensive security issues among military and civilian representatives from the United States and other Asia-Pacific nations. The Center builds on the strong bilateral relationships that exist between the U.S. Pacific Command and the armed forces of more than forty nations in the Asia-Pacific region.
It focuses on multilateral approaches to regional security issues.
