Immediately after participating in the fourth session of the peace talks Minister Milinda Moragoda left for India to officially inform the leaders there, especially the decision to employ retired Indian Deputy Chief of Staff Satish Nambiar to review the military’s high security zones in the Jaffna Peninsular.
Mr. Moragoda will meet Indian External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha and Mr. Brajesh Mishra, Principal Adviser to the Prime Minister Vajpayee.
He is also expected to meet Opposition Leader Sonia Gandhi and Deputy Prime Minister L.K. Advani. (VW) |
