The job bank (Rekiya Pivisa) is a small-scale project which aims to bring semi-skilled, unemployed persons into contact with potential private sector employers. The job bank maintains a database of clerical and labour-oriented job vacancies from various companies and of job applicants. The skills and experience of job applicants are matched with the job requirements of the available positions advertised and these parties are brought into contact for interviews.
